We are proud to be Bronze certified through the Solar Energy Industries Association’s (SEIA) Diversity Equity Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ) certification program.
After completing business school, I was looking for a renewables-focused rotational experience, where I could diversify my commercial skillset across our industry. A highlight has been the opportunity to collaborate closely with EDF leaders in our Grid-Scale Power group. Leading initiatives in our Business Development and M&A teams, I’ve learned a tremendous amount in just a short time. Upon finishing the program, I’m excited to merge my new set of skills to join a team full-time.
I was drawn to the Rotational Training Program by the opportunity to rotate across critical business areas in the energy value chain. The ability to gain both technical depth and strategic insight across functions like Asset Optimization, Market Risk, and Data Science is incredibly rare, and it’s exactly the kind of experience I was looking for to build toward operational leadership in the energy industry. During my time as an RTP associate, I’ve gained hands-on experience in market modeling, energy price forecasting, and executive-level decision support. Each rotation has challenged me to rapidly absorb domain knowledge while delivering real business value, often in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. I’m excited to bring together everything I’ve learned into a role where I can drive performance and innovation in energy operations.
I was drawn to the Rotational Training Program because it offered an excellent opportunity to transition from academia to industry, while building diverse skills and deepening my understanding of renewables. Throughout the program, I’ve gained valuable technical expertise, market-specific knowledge, and organizational insights, while also expanding my network within EDF to foster collaboration. As the program concludes, I’m excited to apply these skills in a full-time role where I can contribute meaningfully to EDF’s mission of driving the energy transition and advancing sustainable energy solutions.
